The Chambergo Selection is made from our best olives picked at the right time. Arbequina olives selected from our 80.000 trees, and processed within two hours from collection to preserve the flavour of the olive oil.
The olive oils are made from faultless ripe olives, that are grinded throughout a process of first cold pressing (never surpassing 25 degrees Celsius). No synthetic chemical products are used.
The Chambergo Selection are delivered in "signature bottles". It is bottles that are made for Chambergo only, and so easily recognizable. They were given a design award when they were launched on the Spanish market. Labels are available in Spanish, English, German and French.
At a blindtasting at the organic food fair BioFach in 2009 it received a recommendation, and came out as the highest ranked Andalusian olive oil. The olive oil is unfiltered and available from December to October.

Chambergo Condimented olive oil
Once our unfiltered olive oil is transparent, we add condiments to the olive oil. All ingredients added are organic and certified. We add thyme, rosemary, garlic or thyme and rosemary (called Mediterranean Dressing). The condimented olive oils are delivered in see-through bottles....bottles that were resently used for TV commercials on Polish National Television. See below video.
The condimented olive oils are available from March to October/November.

Chambergo organic gazpacho soup
Gazpacho is probably the most famous Andalusian dish. Gazpacho is a vegetable soup which should always be served cold. Serve our organic gazpacho with ice, boiled egg, ham and fresh vegetables. The ingredients are tomato, pepper, onion, garlic, cucumber, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, sea salt and lemon. All ingredients are organic.

About Hacienda Chambergo
Hacienda Chambergo is presumably one of the biggest Spanish family companies producing organic extra virgin olive oil. Farming has taken place on the family estates since 1862 and in the 90's organic olive oil was brought to market under the brandname "Hacienda Chambergo".

Through SpanishFoodFinder.com you can now get organic olive oil in private label. The new olive oil season will soon start, and below you will find a price example for organic arbequina olive oil for private label.
The bottle chosen for the private label is a dorica in black. It is cheap standard bottle that is always available - a green or see-through bottle are special made and require much higher minimum orders. The black bottle also protects against light, that affects the olive oils quality. The sizes are 250 ml, 500 ml or 750 ml.
Price example for 2500 bottles of 500 ml: Printing of labels can be done in Spain or in your own country. If you want us to print the labels, we print a minimum of 2500 labels. If you want a front and a back label the amount is 2500. Price for printing is 0,05-0,10 per label
If you want a standard box, then no extra cost is added, if you want your company logo printed on the box, add another 0,05 euro per bottle.
2500 bottles is 208 boxes. For such a quantity we would give you a 5% discount on the first order, so the price would be 2,45 euros per 500 ml bottle. We add no labour cost for putting on your label.
The price would therefore be 2,45 + 0,10= 2,55 euro/bottle. To that you may add the cost of your own box, and of course the design of the label.
We supply you with technical drawings of the bottles, to ensure that the labels have the right size.
