Lagrima de Vino Naranja
GRAPE VARIETY: Zalema and Pedro Ximenez.
MACERATION: First, our best mistelles are macerated with the peel of bitter orange in American oak casks for 12 months. This produces the ”Vino Naranja”, that is blended with a 60 year old Oloroso wine to form an exquisite ”coupage”. It is a world exclusive.
TASTING NOTE:
Colour: Dark mahogany.
Aroma: Complex and profound, exclusive and surprising.
Palate: Emphatic and very persistent on account of the old Oloroso wine, while velvety because of the presence of the Vino Naranja. An incomparable wine.
TO ACCOMPANY: After dinner as an exclusive liqueur served at around 10°C
LIFETIME: Very long because of the presence of the finest, scarcest spirit.

GRAPE VARIETY: Zalema, Palomino and Pedro Ximenez.
MACERATION: Macerated with selected old mistelles, Oloroso wines and a preparation of herbs and the best ”Holanda” distillates, which are pressed after one month, it is blended in American oak casks. One of the worlds best vermouths.
TASTING NOTE:
Colour: Dark chocolate.
Aroma: Very dark and harmonious, with nearly three hundred ingredients in addition to the fragrance of the old Oloroso wine.
Palates: Spectacular and unique. A different aperitif.
TO ACCOMPANY: Perfect for appetisers, great capacity for whetting the appetite.
