1) Forward the desired amount of products to SpanishFoodFinder.com. Please attach your wishes for date of delivery and we coordinate the order process for you.

2) You receive a proforma invoice back from the producer, confirming price, amount, payment terms, and expected date of delivery. Note that the freight is not included in the price lists and that transport normally is to be organized by the buyer. In certain cases we can help organizing transport. Products are therefore quoted in EXW (without transport), but it is also possible to prepare a FOB price at a later stage, when the exact number of products (weight and volume) is known.

3) You pay directly to the producer's bank account. Upon reception of the prepayment, we will re-confirm that the delivery date is still valid.

4) You will receive the final invoice, and the products will be made available for pick up at the production site/producer's stock or sent to you with your preferred transport company.

Note:

The minimum purchase for the majority of the products is 1 europallet.

Mixing products from different producers on 1 pallet is not possible

The number of products per pallet is indicated in the price list

Unless special permission is given, the products are to be sold within your national borders.
