Sweet orange dessert wine

GRAPE VARIETY: Zalema and Pedro Ximenez.

MACERATION: Maceration occurs after the best mistelles (sweet wines) have been blended with the peel of bitter orange in American oak casks.

TASTING NOTE:

Colour: Very dark mahogany on account of oxidation in the casks.

Aroma: Spectacular and very deep, orangey reminiscences. Different and exclusive.

Palate: Powerful yet harmonious, very expressive and persistent. A great surprise to the palate.

TO ACCOMPANY: Delicious as a dessert wine and even as a liqueur at 10°C.
