Sal is made exclusively for MaxMeridia. It is harvested in the springtime in
the Atlantic coastal salt marshes in the province of Cádiz. It is made only
from the first crystals that form on the water’s surface. Flor de Sal
crystals are smaller and lighter than ordinary sea
salt
due to this unique method. They are lower in sodium chloride, naturally
higher in
essential
trace minerals (such as magnesium), contain fewer insolubles and dissolve
